If Lappin Foundation cancels 2026 Y2I (Israel) or (Poland and Israel), the refundable deposit ($500- Israel) or ($800 Poland and Israel) and fees ($400 – Israel) or ($500 – Poland and Israel) for programming, insurance and tips will be refunded to families.

If a teen withdraws from 2026 Y2I (Israel) or (Poland and Israel), prior to the trip for any reason, a full refund of the refundable deposit ($500 - Israel) or ($800 - Poland and Israel) and the fees ($400 – Israel) or ($500 – Poland and Israel) for programming, insurance and tips fee will be given.

Disciplinary action, including dismissal from the trip due to violation of the Code of Conduct and Statement of Responsibility, is the prerogative of Lappin Foundation’s Executive Director. Lappin Foundation reserves the right to withdraw participants with undisclosed medical or health problems, which have not been documented prior to departure, if those conditions adversely interfere with normal trip activities.

If teen is dismissed from the trip for disciplinary reasons, the return transportation will be at parents/guardian(s) expense, and there will not be any refund of the refundable deposit ($500 - Israel) or ($800 - Poland and Israel) or the fees ($400 – Israel) or ($500 – Poland and Israel) for programming, insurance, and tips. Parents/guardian(s) will be responsible to remit the entire subsidy to Lappin Foundation, as well as any other costs incurred on teen’s behalf by Lappin Foundation.

The undersigned hereby agree that in the event my/our child receives a subsidy from Lappin Foundation and is dismissed from 2026 Youth to Israel Adventure for violation of the Code of Conduct and Statement of Responsibility, the entire subsidy ($8,000 – Israel only or $11,000 – Poland and Israel) must be returned to Lappin Foundation. I/we agree that if my/our child is terminated for disciplinary reasons as detailed in the Code of Conduct and Statement of Responsibility, the return transportation will be at our expense, and there will not be any refund of deposits. Repayment of additional expenses incurred by Lappin Foundation will also be our responsibility.
