Teen Up 2024 Code of Conduct

Teen Up is planned with an educational objective. The success of this program depends upon the conduct of all students who participate.

Participation in Teen Up, which is valued at $600 per teen, is a privilege. It should be noted that participation is voluntary, not mandatory, and, as such, the student agrees to abide by the rules and regulations or forfeit their personal rights to participate in the program.

In order that everyone receives maximum benefit from their participation in the program, the Code of Conduct must be adhered to at all times. These are the standards for
behavior that students are expected to uphold at all times. These include:

    • 1. Respecting everyone on the trip

    • 2. Respecting public and private property

    • 3. Conducting oneself in a courteous and respectful manner at all times

    • 4. Staying with the group at all times

    • 5. Following directions and instructions of the adults in charge

    • 6. Refraining from bringing, consuming, or being in the presence of drugs, alcohol,
      tobacco, or vaping products.

    • 7. Refraining from doing anything illegal.

    • 8. Adhering to dress code

Being in violation of the Code of Conduct will result in: (1) immediate dismissal from the program; and (2) being responsible for reimbursing Lappin Foundation the cost of the
    subsidy, which is $600.
